We normally ship your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on destination, but within Sweden it usually takes 2-5 business days.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Customs and fees may apply depending on the country.

Nordics: Coins from SEK 79; Art SEK 149.

When do I get free shipping?

Sweden – coins: from SEK 5,000. Sweden – art: from SEK 9,999.

EU – coins: from SEK 5,000. EU – art: from SEK 15,000.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes, insurance is an add-on even with free shipping.

– Sweden: SEK 19 (order value SEK 0–5,500), SEK 49 (artworks SEK 5,501–10,000), SEK 199 (artworks SEK 10,001+).

– Nordics/EU: SEK 26 (0–5,000), SEK 65 (artworks 5,001–15,000), SEK 91 (15,001+).

– Coins – higher values (Nordics/EU): SEK 129 (5,000–10,000), SEK 219 (10,001–25,000), SEK 349 (25,001–50,000).

Compensation is paid according to the selected insurance after the carrier’s investigation.

How do I return an item?
