Niue - Camelot - Sir Lancelot - Full Gilding
Description
It is a pleasure to present this exclusive coin issue of Sir Lancelot, one of the most prominent Knights of the Round Table in Arthurian legends.
Sir Lancelot, also known as Lancelot of the Lake, was the son of King Ban of Benoic and was raised by the magical Lady of the Lake, who taught him the virtues of a knight. He is known for his bravery, loyalty, and skill in battle, and is considered one of the most powerful knights in Camelot.
The obverse of the coin depicts the twelve shields and names of twelve houses in Camelot: Arthur Pendragon, King of Britain, as well as the eleven most famous and significant knights from Arthurian legends.
