When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. Opulence By LKL reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Opulence By LKL confirms receipt.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Opulence By LKL may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Upon delivery of products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Opulence By LKL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All purchases and sales you make in our store are, however, made directly with Opulence By LKL. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Opulence By LKL, including any damages or losses resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Opulence By LKL.
