Returns (30 days)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Complaints & Claims

If you are dissatisfied with a product or wish to submit a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@opulence-by-lkl.com or via our contact form.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any images that document or support the issue

All complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or special-order products

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

 

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, regardless of the above policy.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
