The first coin opened the door. Now the journey leads deeper into the Order of Stride.
Cetallian comes to life as the second silver collector's coin inspired by The Traveler’s Guide to Drawing Extraordinary Creatures of the Universe, continuing the collaboration between Amelie and Mike Butkus and T&S Coin.
In the book's extraordinary universe, imagination and artistic craftsmanship meet. Strange creatures, distant worlds, and intergalactic adventures become a journey into fantasy, artistic techniques, and the creation of one's own worlds. From the Goldilocks zone world of Ceta 8 comes the Cetallian – a multi-armed, centipede-like species known as the galaxy's most advanced technical artists. For ten thousand years, the Cetallians have used their extraordinary anatomy in the pursuit of knowledge, precision, and creation.
Their story is closely linked to the Order of Stride, an exclusive alliance of interplanetary artists and explorers united by curiosity, the joy of discovery, and the desire to understand the unknown. The Order's library preserves the original journals and the knowledge gathered by generations of travelers.
On this silver coin, the Cetallian takes shape with its many arms around an open book, framed by celestial bodies and a glowing flame. The composition unites the spirit of The Traveler’s Guide – imagination, knowledge, artistic skill, and the courage to learn to create what has never been seen before. Many artists have applied to join the Order. Few have come out alive.
The key to the order is minted in silver. Will you claim it?
