Carpathian - Ennobling Black Horse
Ennobling Black Horse is a 1 oz .999 fine silver coin from 2026, issued by the Carpathian Mint as part of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse series.
The obverse depicts the black horse and its rider with a pair of scales on a gilded background, along with the inscriptions FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE and BLACK HORSE.
The reverse features the issuer's coat of arms with the text CARPATHIANS, 2026 and 5 THALERS, as well as three horse heads.
The coin is embellished with gold, ruthenium, and palladium on both sides. According to the mint, the base is gilded, while the black horse, text, and coat of arms are treated with ruthenium. The rider, scales, hooves, and the other horses are treated with palladium.
