Cameroon - Mjölnir – Hammer of Thunder God Thor

Bring the legend of Thor into your collection with Mjölnir – Thor’s Hammer, a silver coin crafted entirely in the shape of the legendary god's mighty weapon. Measuring 45 × 75 mm, the distinctive hammer shape gives the design the feel of an ancient Nordic artifact.

Detailed Nordic knot patterns, geometric ornaments, and an interlaced triangle symbol adorn the hammer head, while a winding serpent at the base reinforces the connection to the struggle between order and chaos. On the other side of the coin, the Nordic theme continues with another prominent interlaced motif and runes along the handle, where the coin's official details are naturally integrated into the design.

The ultra-high relief, combined with the antique finish, highlights the deeply sculpted surfaces and creates an impressive depth and clear contrast throughout the motif.

Issued by Cameroon in 2027, Mjölnir is struck in 2 oz of .999 fine silver with a face value of 2,000 CFA francs. The symbolism extends beyond the battle itself, honoring the courage to face adversity and the strength to protect what matters most.

With a mintage of only 236 pieces worldwide, this is a unique addition for collectors of Nordic mythology and shaped silver coins.

Each piece is delivered in a presentation case with a certificate of authenticity (COA).
